*Ingredients:*
- 1 cup chopped mangoes (grind well)
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- Crushed cashew and almond (to taste)
- Cardamom powder (to taste)
*Instructions:*
1. **Prepare the Mango Pulp**: Grind 1 cup of chopped mangoes into a smooth pulp. Set aside part of the pulp in a bowl.
2. **Kulfi Mixture**: In the bowl with mango pulp, mix in 1/4 cup of cream, 1/4 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup milk powder, crushed nuts, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Grind the mixture until smooth.
3. **Assemble the Kulfi**: Add crushed cashews and almonds to the bottom of the kulfi molds, then pour the prepared mixture on top.
4. **Freeze**: Seal the molds and freeze for 6-8 hours or until fully set.
5. **Serve**: Remove the kulfi from the molds and enjoy this refreshing dessert!
