Have fried okra and squash together my granny did it that way sometimes in the 60s it was really good

Congratulations on your Okra crop, sounds like you will have a bounty. We have grown it for 50+ years. Clemson is reliable but we usually rotate varieties from year to year.

My bf's mom her favorite fried food is fried okra. Ive never really had it but I should try it. It looks good just like any other fried veggies

I really like okra. I think we need to grow it next year because it’s not easy to find in my mid Atlantic state. Great recipe, not difficult just time consuming but worth it. 🩵
