Excelent my motger is 79 and learning to crochet after years of weaving. She follows a lady in the uk called Alison Russell craft channel. Just like the young lady on this channel she is patient abd explains things easy.

I've made both but especially LOVE the chain scrunchie. I've made maybe a couple hundred by now & give them to fam & friends. I prefer to make them in cotton yarn. Thanks for the pattern & great instructions.

I have made a few. I used some cotton yarn for some. It will absorb water when your hair is damp after washing if you put it up like I do. I can't sleep with it in my face, wet or dry.

Thanks for the video. I've made the 2nd one before, but not with two rows. I like the way that turned out! I'm going to try the first one with the double crochet, too.
