How to make Custom Related Lists in Zoho CRM

Great explanation! I only came here to see how Zoho displays the related lists. Your explanation on how they do it with XML and example was really good. I just want to know if they have a documentation page for this. Like how should you be formatting this XML, or if they have any tools for this. Another thing is to know how to style these. For example first column, make it bolder, bigger. One issue I am trying to solve now is this: Contacts module has a related list with Zoho Desk, which looks pretty impressive. In the Deals module, each Deal has a Contact assigned to it, but it doesn't have Zoho Desk related list. I can go get all the information from Contact with Deluge no problem, but making it look like how they have it in the Contacts is going to be a problem. If only there was a way to see the XML format of an existing related list.

I love your channel! I've learned a ton about Deluge and Zoho from your videos. My usage case is a bit different than this video, but I'm hoping I can get this working. We are in the insurance business, and we use our "Deals" module to track property damage invoices that need to get paid. Oftentimes, there are multiple invoices for each property owner corresponding to the different services that they have done (Water, Testing, Asbestos abatement, etc). I'm trying to use this Related List function to show (and link to) the other invoices that the property owner has. This related list is already created in the Contacts module, but that Related List will not display in the Deals module. Thus my need for this code. I've followed this code, making the necessary changes to get the information that need. When I "Save and Execute" the resulting information is exactly what I need. However, when I actually place the related list on my Deals page, it comes back empty with a note, "Sorry, the related list cannot be displayed because the function parameters passed from this record are empty." Any ideas??
