Yes..for waterproof you can use little birdie decor varnish or spray varnish

Hi plz help me, actually I made a rainbow shape then I let it dry and after that I painted it and then when it became dry, I applied varnish but the paint started smudging of so plz say how long I have to wait to apply the varnish so that the paint would not smudge!😢
