Only 2.4 ghz for now, but the workaround is to use WPA3-PSK instead of WPA2, if your router can handle that protocol. This device cannot affect your WiFi when WPA3 is used... or if 5Ghz is used. Sadly, a lot of devices only connect at 2.4 Ghz.

No And even with 2.4 Ghz, if you switch security from WPA2 to WPA3 (if the router has that ability). This DEAUTH doesn't work on WPA3.
