oh right, i forgot to mention, i enjoyed the subway scene of squid games "main character" i think? playing with the random wealthy guy who approached him with a suitcase and the red and blue folded square tiles like this video shows you. and they play that game ddakji which i had never heard of and it looks fun. my question is, how do you skillfully flip it as shown in the show, at such a high accuracy as the "recruiter" does? i found it fascinating how the MC would allow him to slap him in place of the 100k won, and then when he FINALLY WINS he's so happy he forgets about the money entirely... and seemed kinda sad that he didn't get to slap him. i'm sad overall since he's obviously a gambling addict that was preyed and poached upon but either way, it would have been neat to see them become friends over a silly game where they're slapping. it was funny to a degree lol. seeing a grown man slap another for losing a turn on the game and he finally wins a round but when he goes to get slapped; he catches his hand and hands him the 100k won. that's insane. idk how much USD that is though... what's worse is earlier that day (this is all still the first 15-20min or so of episode 1 season 1) he miraculously wins 4 MILLION won or was it 400 Million won? - could someone explain the won-to-usd for me? - then loan sharks hunt em down and corner him in the horse betting bathroom... only to find out he has a HOLE IN THE INSIDE JACKET POCKET - THAT IS WILD and i'm guessing it fell out when he bumped into the young girl whose drink he spilled but tbh, he could have dropped it at literally ANY point he put in that pocket given the size of that hole... you'd think he'd put it somewhere a LOT safer and MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO HOLES .. so he has a week or month to repay his unknown # of debt which is more than the total he won at horse betting... they said "next time we come and you don't have the money, we're taking your kidney." that. is. so. insane. that you can literally sign a contract stating that...
