It’s been a bit since my last video! And I’m glad to be back!
This is our favorite way to make chicken wings and I think y’all will love it as well! It’s super easy. If you’re not using a deep fryer, please be EXTRA CAUTIOUS when you’re frying! They’re a must try..enjoy!
For about 30 to 36 wings ( I used frozen wings):
1Tbsp Cayenne
2Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp salt (I use kosher)
Toss until well-coated.
Fry in about 3 cups of Peanut Oil, heated to about 375.
I like to fry my wings between 15 to 20 minutes.
For the buffalo sauce, I use equal parts of red hot and butter.
