黄金麦香南瓜（素）
Golden Cereals Pumpkin (Vegetarian)
500克南瓜（去皮，切片）
3支咖喱叶
3条小辣椒 （切圈）
1大匙黄油
材料：
脆浆：
4汤匙 面粉
2汤匙 木薯粉
1茶匙 发粉
1汤匙 食油
水 适量(慢慢加，不要太稀)
麦片粉(拌均)：
1小碗 Nestle麦片
1汤匙 糖
1/2茶匙 盐
1茶匙 咖喱粉
1/2茶匙 黄姜粉
做法:
1. 将南瓜沾上脆浆，炸成金黄色，沥油备用
2. 热锅，加入黄油至溶
3. 加入指天椒和咖喱叶炒一炒
4. 倒入麦片，小火快炒至松散
5. 倒入炸南瓜拌均，盛上碟即可享用了

500g pumpkin
3 sticks of curry leaves
3 small cillies (cut into rings)
1 tablespoon butter
Ingredient: Crunchy batter:
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
Appropriate amount of water (add slowly, not too dilute)
Nestle cereal (mix well):
1 small bowl of Nestle cereal
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
practice:
1. Coat the pumpkin with the crispy batter, deep-fry until golden brown, drain the oil and set aside
2. Heat the pan, add butter until melted
3. Add chili and curry leaves and fry for a while
4. Pour in the Nestle cereal , stir-fry over low heat until loose
5. Pour in the fried pumpkin, mix well, put on a plate and enjoy
