Stockfish
Dry fish
Palm oil
Cocoyam paste (as a thickener)
Crayfish
Uziza leaves and seeds (optional)
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Ground pepper
Steps:
Prepare and wash all the ingredients.
Boil the meats and stockfish with seasoning cubes until tender.
Add palm oil, cocoyam paste, and dry fish.
Introduce the Oha leaves and let the soup cook until it thickens.
