I tried to draw 4 inch cercle as I also got the same ration but its impossible the 4inch will exceed the pattern limits! So I checked the pattern the bust point is an 8 inch from shoulders wich is not realistic lool . Would you pls check the block pattern and see

That’s a great question! You can free-hand the curve, or you can use a curved object like a bowl.
