I have worked with China about this. The chip is a well kept secret. If you put 1.5 volts into it it does not read correctly. Typical Chinese junk.

yes, but u may also check with multi- meter the 7-segement display that it is negative common just like the diagram i have shown.

look carefully schematic is shown in the page., i had not got any schematics on the internet, so by carefully analyzing every pins with the multi-meter, i had made the schematic on a page, if u can't find it helpful, then sorry, i can't help u with that anymore.
