I hate to be the buzz kill , but iam pretty sure the heat from a candle would start to melt the plastic , it's surprising the heat the smallest candles generate , be safer with battery operated lights or LED candle for saftey sake , nice design though

It's plastic inside ...if we light a diya..it will get warm and will start melting...
