Fleece is polyester which doesn't do well in microwave. Stick with 100% cotton. You can also use flannel for added softness as long as it is 100% cotton flannel.

Yes! I prefer flax seed because it hold heat longer due to the oil it naturally contains. White rice tends to smell musty over time after heating it up over and over. Flax seed doesn’t have that issue!

Very poor video and hard to follow. You need to give more instructions for people who want to make one - how about the sizes of the pattern - especially the neck area. How much rice did you use. How much space between each tube that you are going to fill. You should only use cotton or linen material for these because they can burn in the microwave if you use the wrong material, or heat them for too long. No instructions on this either. THUMBS WAY DOWN.

The dimensions are different per person. Neck width, shoulder span, and how long you want the whole thing in front and how long you want it in back.

It shows the dimensions on the app. It is 15 1/2 H by 16 1/2 Across. The neck cut out is 5 1/2 width on each side and it is 8 3/4 H
