How to make diy wooden selves /decor selves for the living room

My wife need some shelves for the living room and i made for her .It was easy quike and cheap .the two of them are 40x40 cm and the one in the midle is 50x30 cm . I left them to the naturale colore off the wood , i put only oil on them .
