I use a thin paintbrush ir water pen to “cut” out my designs. It’s so fast, and you will love it!!

I love this. I went to Home Goods.....not a blue flowered napkin at any of 3 stores. Guess I have to wait til spring to get the blue & white napkins....and be ready for next fall.
