▫️350 g of 0000/all-purpose flour
▫️1 pinch of salt
▫️70 g of sugar
▫️100ml of warm milk
▫️20 g of fresh yeast
▫️2 eggs
▫️ 75 g of pomade butter
▫️ Oil for frying
Chocolate to taste to decorate
