This isnt the best tutorial because for the actual technical/difficult part we can't see what you're doing. I guessed my way through the sewing of the ends together because I've sewn some projects before but please film from the side when you're sewing so we can see what you're doing :)! otherwise a great video thank you for the concept! Mine turned out adorable - added sparkles between the two layers~

Hi! at 1:38 I sew 2 pieces of fabric and leave 1" on each end. So after sewing the two ends together from 4:22 to 5:25, there will still be a gap to leave 1" before, and enough for you to thread the elastic, then sew it closed by hand.
