do u do double then add a backing so thry look the same

I was just given sizzix along with a lot of card stock. It's going to take me a few weeks to go through it all. I've never really done the cards although I'm going to try. But I do love making earrings. I've never even heard of this machine. I would appreciate any help

how do you cut leather with thinlets without it cutting the plates? When I use my bigshot, the prior cuts are showing up on my new leather pieces... any idea how to stop this? Thank you

You might be using the thinlet wrong edge up the Sharpe edge should be faced in on the fabric the coated edge faces the plate this should stop it cutting into plates and I have only tried the thinner soft leatherette and glitter materials and transparent jelly sheets myself
