What is the finished length of the strap? I used the way you closed the sides of the bag and I really loved the look I got when it was finished! I had a little trouble because one side looked backwards, but I got it figured out. I really loved the look of the sides. I am 71 years old and macramed when I was younger. Now I am macraming again and it makes me happy to do something I learned when I was young. Never too old to learn new methods. Thank you!
