5 eggplants. 4 chives. 2 red peppers. 1 green pepper
seasoning ingredients
3T dark soy sauce. 1T sesame oil. Millennium Invitation 1/2T. 1T minced garlic.
1.5T sesame seeds. Fish sauce.
*You can adjust the seasoning of the eggplant dish with soy sauce.
If you grill eggplants, they become chewy and taste like bulgogi without any moisture.
This is the easiest and most delicious eggplant salad to make.
