While a lot of people have a lot of talent in the community, the amount of people making test videos is kinda large. As well as people who are not trying to grow with each video they upload. I’m like, by no means a pro at animation, I still have a *TON* of stuff to learn. But I think can confidently say, with each video I make I strive to make the next one better. And I think it’s showing. :) I also try not to upload test videos, because while yes they’re awesome for perfecting techniques, I feel having actual elements of storytelling and film in a video is essential for maxximum entertainment. Great tutorial on the fight scenes, I’m definitely taking notes from this!

Hmmm, ive never tried that method! I gotta use that more, my recent fight animations seem to be lacking some very action type stuff, so this will definitely help me! I dont struggle anymore with punches, blocks, and stuff, but kicks i do. If you made a punches, kicks, etc, tutorial it would help newer, and intermediate animators alot id expect! Also another tutorial idea is making slowmotion cinematic shots, ive tried those so many times! I just never can make it work... And i kinda agree with the community, its not very good as it use to, most people just want views now, they don't want to make just some cool, insane stopmotions sadly.

So, I have a question. For the 2x step thing, do you first animate a bland animation, then make another animation a bit better, and than make a whole new animation that’s even better? Or do you just make up a lame one in your mind and think of a better one and than an even BETTER one and animate the even BETTER one? 😅 Hope you understood that.
