Dear Zed, nice one as always, As far as we can see, you have really great knowledge on "Habesha" foods and spices, but on this video you did not mention where you get "Nech asmud" and what is called in English or in the maket? You mentioned that "Timeze" also called "Long pepper" in English and manage to order it from Amazon, what about the rest of it, If you live in U.K. London, I guess you are, could you please tell as where you get them from? Any way, thank you for sharing you knowledge of Habesah spices and how to prepare them and every thing. Bravo! Gobeze! Keep it up!!
