Yes you can use, but make sure the paper withstands the chocolates weight, thick cardstock, or thick paper works.

Please make sure the paper withstands the chocolates weight, it has to stay stable after sticking chocolates, check it before you start the process, if not you have to take thick paper instead of art paper...

No the size is more big 2nd layer is of 48cm×48cm 3rd layer is of 36cm×36cm (placing cake area is 3rd layer)
