Wouldn't it make your lids oily, since it's basically moisture? I take a bit of clay mask and put it over my lids. Easy, cheap and keeps lids oil-free!

this is a mess! The whole point of a primer is so your shadow does not crease and intensifies the color. The concoction you have created would unfortunately do neither successfully. There are excellent drugstore primers for $5-6 that work great! Good job experimenting new ideas though :)
