I like it! I like your stop motion style of tutorial. It seems like that would take a longer to edit and I don't think that it would be easier to follow, but it's definitely different than any tutorials I've seen before. I also like that you are designing your own models and being creative. And the flapping plane that looks like a falcon is pretty darn cool and different too. depends when it goes down...if it does immediately after it leaves your hand then youre holding it wrong or/and throwing it to hard. if it makes one big flap and then goes down you should make sure that the middlemost crease ("the belly of the bird") isnt creased to tightly. that crease should have some tension left and strive for opening itself. so that you feel a little resistance between your fingers when holding it in throwing position. also make sure to not squeeze the fuselage fully to an I-form in cross-section. make sure in remains a V when throwing it. here too, not throwing it too hard and holding it correctly is important.
