Interesting, but if you contaminate the top of the bottle with your hand, it's not too much of an issue as you will wash your hands after that. A bigger challenge is how to turn the tap/ faucet on without contaminating it, so you don't recontaminate yourself when you turn it off. You need to open the tap, wash your hands with the water running, disinfect the tap with a spray, disinfect the soap bottle as well if you like, rinse your hands, turn the tap off, and dry your hands on a towel that's not contaminated. It helps if you have taps with levers so you can use the back of your hands or elbows to switch them on.
