I made my Own Forky Back in 2019 I was Lucky to Find a Spork outside a Restaurant I think someone dropped it from their Food Takeout and They Didn't Noticed it before it got taken by the janitor I took it and put it my pocket and took it home and luckily I have complete materials the Blue Clay, Red Clay , Pipe Cleaners,Colorful Markers,Googly Eyes,Popsicle Sticks and The Stickers and Now I Have my Own Forky soon I will make My Knifey😁

Fun fact: the set did have play dough instead of the dough base. But it was removed since people complained that they couldn’t really play with Forky cause the clay would either dry up and break. And the clay was also easy to deform.

If you used actual white putty, a broken popsicle stick, red and blue plasticine, glitter glue, and a green Sharpie to write the name, it would have been more accurate.

Very interesting! I had the one from 2019, and the CYOF part had real dough! Maybe they changed it to a fake because of complaints about it falling apart easily? Maybe it would cause a choking hazard? I don’t know why it’s fake now.

I actually never got this, the only forky I have is the one from Mattel. And, good news! For Easter I got the Mattel tinny and a while ago I ordered a playskool mrs potato head and it came yesterday! I can’t wait to separate the eyes and make eyebrows!

I find it a bit ironic that you can spend loads of money on this kit, when you can do it almost for free(and far more accurately) by using the actual materials Forky was build from in the movies. It's kinda insulting they expect you to pay for materials that categories themselves collectively as trash.

I have to disagree with you, after my many years of extensive research, I found out that a real life spork is not movie accurate size in the movie. Comparing the movie accurate sized Forky.. “true talkers” the description from Disney said he is “movie height” I compared this with Woody and the movie shots from Toy Story 4 and sure enough in Andy’s world.. the objects are bigger than our world. So our real world spork is way too small compared to Woody. It’s smart by Disney so we have to buy toys to be movie accurate scale and height. You do know that you can make your own Forkey with an actual Spork, an actual wood stick, actual Play-Doh, and google eyes as well as your own fuzzy wiring. About the only thing you can’t get around your house to make Forkey is the sticky wire that you can substitute for any thing like that fuzzy wiring then you just use tape, you do not need this kit.😠😒

Only a budget thinkway toys version. They no longer carry signature collection since the movie promotion for Toy Story 4 is over. They do still sell Mattel 7 inch action figures! The Disney store still carries toy story toys also.
