How To Make French Madeleines | Ep 607
zest of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup plain flour
120g unsalted butter + extra for brushing
Bake @ 200 celsius for 10-12 minutes
Dust with icing sugar
