Salt( according to taste )
Eggs- 1 nos
Cornflour - 1 tbs

Big onion - 2 nos
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
raisins - 25 gms
ginger paste- 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
green chillies - 15 nos ( Crushed )
TOMATO - 3 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curd - 2 tbs
Hot Water- 1 1/2 Cup
Rambha Leaf - 2 nos
bay leaf- 1 nos
Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
Caraway seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cardamon - 8 nos
jathipathri- 2 Pieces
Star anise - 1 nos
Cloves- 8 nos
sambar chilli - 5 nos
green chilli- 2 nos
Refined oil- 1/4 Cup
Ghee- 1 tbs
