The one big problem with LMMS is the fact that the sample support it bad, but since I don't use samples that much anyway (I'm not to good with getting it on time or whatever), I think it's a pretty good fit for me

I've been wanting to get into making music of the House genre and I see that Chiptune is not that much different from it. Even thought I'm not a game developer, this was still quite helpful.

I may just be dumb but when you clicked on the zylophone instrument, it brought you to a window where you can click to make notes, but when i do it, it opens an editor where it seems i would have to play in real time. Is there some setting i can change to fix this?

If you double click on one of the black bar in the song editor, the piano roll should open. You can place notes there and then move it around in the song editor

The program and the video is still confusing me, but you also inspired me to get back to make audio mixing stuff out of boredom. Like I just search up random videos where someome plays on his drums and then download the videos and take out certain parts so I can make my own samples of a snare drum if you get what I mean.
