Thank you. I have been looking for this recipe in a long time!!!. I enjoyed it as a kid in Ghana way back in the 1980s, now I am abroad, old and gray, I missed it so badly. Never knew it was always a mixture of wheat and rice(tugyimi). I wrongly thought it was just wheat, no wonder I could never replicate that taste from my childhood.
