How to make Haitian legume?

Legume is one of my favorite dish, I'm sharing this video, because I figured some of you might like to get my mom's recipe. You should all give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Ingredients:
Spinach
Eggplant
Carrots
Cabbage
Chayote
Parsley, Thyme and pepper
Beef chuck neckbones
Beef bone in soup meat
Ox's foot
Crabs

I love eating legume but hate making it because it’s time consuming. When I make it I don’t add water to the vegetables because cabbage and eggplants has a lot of water within them so I steam them. This video is really great for someone who has never made legume before. I would like to see a video where no Goya or sazón was being used because people in Haiti especially in the country side does not have access to those ingredients but yet their food is finger linking good.

I'm from Honduras married to a Haitian. Legume is one of my favorite food. I've seen my husband making legume & your technique is similar to his. I've never tried to make Legume because it seemed so intimidating😅. But with this video I'll dare to make it & surprise husband. This is how I was taught to make legume by both my mother and grandmother. Seasonings should be added not just to the meat, but also to the veggies. While the meat is getting tender in the pressure cooker, the veggies are peeled, seasoned and steamed. Then all you have to do is combine.
