Never move heavy loads at high lift. Move them low, then raise them when you get to the destination as needed. "Gravity always wins".

Usually pay attention to the oiling and waxing of the contact parts of the movable joints//Because I watch your video and there is a noise when operating the machine//If this is just a test product (don't consider the above link)//But if you want to sell it in the future, you need to The additional bearings will be used for activities.//Of course it might be good to add some springs ((guess)) and nice job

If you put a nut on the bolt you wish to cut, when you remove the nut, it will clean the threads you cut. If you want to round the end of the bolt, do it before you remove the nut, for the same reason.

I’m surprised it’s holding so much. Looks like it should tip over. I like the design, I’d just add a counterweight &/or extend the base to make it more stable.
@polytechnics76122 жыл бұрын
i also have the same doubt. when the forks in lifted position, it is almost one feet away from the base. that may cause tip over...

Like everyone else I want to know where to source the linear actuator used. I found a few similar units on Aliexpress, etc. but most had less than 12" maximum extension and this looks to be closer to 36" to 48"
@BoyNick210 ай бұрын
It's not actually a linear actuator. It's a self contained hydraulic unit. The thing on the side of the cylinder is actually a small hydraulic pump and reservoir. I have seen self contained hydraulic units out there but none this big. I would really like to know where he got it.

That is really cool but he should not be lifting it so high until he gets too where he is storing it. It becomes very top heavy and could tip over if he hits the right bump. Always lift it to the proper height when you get to its storage spot. Also the video could have been a little shorter if he didn't raise and lower the forks 50 times.
