4:28 the pattern has sharp points at the toe and vamp area,how do you make it curvy like in the picture?

If I get your question properly, the answer is this: You can actually adjust the pattern to suite the look you want but At the point of lasting, the positiion of the big toe and the smallest to is not at the same point which makes the design looks the way it is. I hope I get your question?
