Yes, but then I took more time with it and watched everything more closely. But the process is the same

Overall an excellent tutorial series! it's a brilliant track & melody. Thanks for sharing your tips and knowledge. 789TEN - Bass Modulators do a tutorial on mastering their track using Ozone 9 which is pretty helpful.

dont lowcut like that. messes up the phase. also, soothe removes quite a lot of transients so wouldn't recommend that either. another tip: automate parameters before the drop and during the drop.

@@freddy5a what do you suggest regarding the low cut? And what parameters to automate?
@freddy5a
@freddy5a 2 ай бұрын
@@DTunezOfficial well, if you need to cut it, put it on linear phase - max. but usually you dont really need to cut lows that drastic unless the sub is really loud. You can automate the stereo width, lowcut and volume before the drop. during the drop you can even try to boost it a bit by +0.5. you can push the loudness to about -3 if you use another limiter after the clipping process. hope this makes sense haha

@@freddy5a Yeah but I'd say that those automations should be done in mixing then, but maybe thats just my opinion

Soothe has a attack option, unless you are gonna be hard cutting your spectrum soothe removing your transients isnt a worry.

So now when the midintro is abit distorted. Do you go back to the project and lower the volume? Or you keep playing with the mastering?
@DTunezOfficial
@DTunezOfficial 2 ай бұрын
@@thesidekick343 I think the mid intro kick is a bit too loud so you would go back to the project and lower the volume or maybe lower the bass Yeah. I wouldnt do that at the mastering step as its much easier in mixing. Or you keep it how it is, not all drops in professional tracks are always the same volume, and -6 lufs is already pretty loud I think

@@DTunezOfficial If i want to put the track on spotify, do I need to have -14 LUFS? I mean, why is -6 the goal
@DTunezOfficial
@DTunezOfficial 2 ай бұрын
@@thesidekick343 I dont looks at that to be honest. When I did, my track was way quieter than other hardstyle tracks. For the harder styles, its basically to get it as loud as possible, otherwise it wont match with other tracks volume wise. You can try to do -14 lufs, but it will probably turn out to be too quiet. I also dont notice any side effects by going louder
