Just tried this out and it looks great, way more cinematic plus I feel like distance clarity is better. No appreciable FPS drop either. Great tutorial - I use reshade for Assetto Corsa Competizione to make it look more realistic so why not styalise HLL too!

my game goes from 90 to 60fps doing this. but you know what? it actually feels/fits better that way, not being too smooth. it really feels like playing a movie! thanks for the video!

Yeah it's definitely an experience vs performance thing. It can also be harder to spot enemies at times, but it really brings it closer to that true Band of Brothers game weve all been waiting for haha.

Remove the depth of field overlay and you get most of your performance back.

This is so cool, I never knew about this. I tried this on BeamNG because I have an old VW bug in the game, and I drive it on the autobahn. I adjusted the filter to look like its an old movie, and man is it fun. So, thanks again!

i didnt know u could do this with nvidia filter, i usually do this kind of stuff with the Reshade mod, but HLL doesnt allow you to run the game with Reshade so i thought i was out of luck, thanks for posting this!

Clicking the styles boxes 1 2 or 3 will swap to your different presets. At the end Im just clicking it on and off.

I didn't know what I was doing, no idea I had these filters! I got there in the end, copied your settings. It looked ok, wouldn't want to play with these settings all the time though! With these filters, I can see now how some players must tweak them so they can spot you easier crawling through cover etc.. "How the hell did he see me there!!??" .."Ah filters!" :)

Amazing! It makes the game look 100 times better. Who will not agree on that? Unreal Engine has filters, so the game devs, should have it in the game, so it will be equal to all. I may make it hader to spot the enemy, but it will equal to all.

Is there a way to setup a keybind to quickly toggle these filters on and off? Or do I need to open up geforce experience and click with the mouse every time? I can't see the maps at all and need to switch it on/off to see anything! Great tutorial dude

Everyone can bandage others... Which rly blew my mind was that if a suplier is next to a manpower note his cooldown for supplies is 50% faster. Same goes with amunition notes and amunition boxes.

All that processing will only just add input lag and hurt your fps (which adds more input lag).

I attempted to do this on my game, but the Nvidia overlay kept giving me an error message that I needed to restart the game in order to use the filter feature. Did U12 break the ability to use filters? I have heard that they can be used to grant an unfair advantage.
