About a month ago my partner came home and said that the girl who played Katy on coronation street went on dancing on ice once she left the show and for a long time she'd had a boyfriend of four maybe longer than that years and because she is on dancing on ice they are not together and she is with someone else - do you know what we both agreed on? She didn't love him as much as much as she did because you wouldn't go off with another bloke. He might be good looking and or pleasing to look at but there is a line and you need someone who shares the same beliefs as you do. Our beliefs set us all apart and you deserve someone who values you and wants the relationship to be you and her and then see how things go.. because sometimes a relationship to someone is convenient for now and that's great but the other wants full commitment - you need to let things plan out, and hey if that relationship didn't work out you're making room for another better person. Submitting doesnt entirely mean you wont stand up for yourself, sometimes there comes a time - alpha male or not, if i believed with every fibe in my gut that what i was doing was right, i would take a stand but it would have to be a very strong issue for me personally. A woman shouldnt be made to feel she has to hide her emotions she needs someone to be there with her in the moment, when shes breaking down and my advice is although you want to tell her to stop it because its scary to watch but be there and let her get it out of her system so she knows you love and care for her and i repeat never ever leave a woman crying or turn your back on her. Daimonon look i agree communication is key and she probably will talk to you once she has calmed down. You marry into someone you take them at their best and their worst. You love someone you dont pick and choose which bits to stay for and leave her for. actually i found an old box out when my other half was tidying out his stuff and inside it was all sorts of letters that i sent to him when we were dating back in our days and i put something to him along the lines of... when i was younger, i never understood how guys kept going on after girls who were bitchy towards them, i hadnt a boyfriend at the time and didnt understand why i didnt, and that, if i ever got one id be really nice to him and none of this crazy bitchy stuff would happen to him, and to cut a long story short i realized that u didnt have to be bitchy and horrible to men but that you need to have boundries, and stick up for yourself a bit. See, men can get better by watching Corey but in my reserch of the enneagram types, women can easily be a type 8 as well as a man (so both alphas in their own fields) and in that type of relationship expect alot of fights - there is testing but sometimes they both like and enjoy a good fight and can freely express their anger. There are dating guidelines for guys and women. In past experience men are the ones who are quick to pull away BUT it depends of who gets the most spooked out by commitment or knowing they are falling in love. And some women and men want to play about a bit before they settle down maybe they've been dicks to women in the past and some women i know have had men on a string. Some people want love and romance and some are looking for whos hot and when can they bang. But... in a committed and loving relationship where trust has been earned the man can make the desicion and as ive said esp if the woman knows shes being treated fairly.

yes i do. But, it depends purely on the women he is with ad that is changeable. What happens in one relationship with one woman isn't going to happen in another. I have looked in to the ennegram types,it's a real thing - look it up if you dont believe me. Some people aren't in to all of that but if you take the time to look at that you will find how accurate it is and how the relationships work with other types so i can say for sure and i have watched this plan out in other people lives by listening to them when they are all sat at a table or at a social gathering and they are having conversations and you can feel the energy off each person and the more ALPHA they are they have incredible amounts of energy being matched all the time. So the more heartfelt types they can be submitting, but, and funnily enough if they believe something is the right way to go they will become devious. The nicest of people who are 2's, 3's and 4's when pushed can be devious - even 7's but types 1, 6, (esp counter phobic 6's) and 8's are more telling you what they are going to do whether you like it or not so when a different person who isn't an alpha and wants to go about things in their way they will find devious ways to accomplish what they want to because it isn't in there nature to do so and you will find you can have guys who are threes or fours and they are with a female 8. The more ALPLHA you are generally they need a softer personality to balance them out or its just going to be fights and arguments all the time. Yes, i agree in being assertive and not asking for permission etc but the more stronger willed you become, you will have to expect that not a lot of people will agree to think in your way and you need to accept that, and you will get into more head challenges so if a type 3 acts like a type 8 An Asserter/ An Aggressor an ALPHA - they will get their ass handed to them because its not their personality its not in them to do all that. But that's not to say you can't improve yourself and learn traits but instead of being something we are not because i could kid myself I'm an 8 when I'm a 3 but if I'm stuck in a situation with someone I wont be able to pull that off. If someone told me to go into a shop and act angry at a faulty good because they have ripped me off and i get into a conflab i wouldn't last sixty secconds because we are who we are and we can't kid ourselves to be what we aren't. While most women want to be with an Alpha there are others who like the softer men if they themselves are a strong personality. What i believe Cory is teaching here is to find your confidence and from becoming into this Apha male himself, he wants to uplift everyone because his greatest strength is improving and helping and uplifting people to become a better version of what they want to be and most men want to act with confidence and so the quiet guys can learn a lot from Cory. I do find most men on the site to be self assured, and call things for what they see things but i do find is a lot of hate towards women. When they take time to listen to others view points even if you dont agree but most people do like to be heard but to work toward a goal where the both of you keep your pride. i know not all women think like me because an enneagram 8 (an alpha) has a different world view point to me and im a 3 and i like a bit of romance and to be treated right.
