Hey Thanks for sharing so many recipes! Have you tried using the Beverage Enhancers in place of the Lemon "Jello" Pudding Mix? Just wondering if there could be a consistency or flavor difference? Id like to use your recipe to sell them but I like to get as much DV as much as possible :)

Melissa, mine are coming out gooey and the frosting doesn’t harden. Is that normal?

If they are you are you added to much water, do you have to make sure it is very very very sick. The frosting will not get like a hard shell but it will be firm if you keep it in the freezer long enough

I have not sold these to the public, but when I do sell out of the nutrition club on things like this what I do is the retail price of the product divided by the serving amount in the product and that is how I get my prices
