Question, how many seconds do you mix the shake for to get that consistency.

I blend until the blender makes a smooth consistent sound which means all the ice chunks are gone, I also blend/chop my ice and water before adding product to help with the consistency

I saw that you used chai tea, seemed unusual but what flavor does that add? It’s it like a spice? Can you use nutmeg?

It’s a very common recipe using the chai tea I know many clubs that use this exact recipe, you can use nutmeg if that is the spice you wish to taste in your churro shake
