Below is a list of used ingredients
* 1 cup oatmeal
* 1 cup pumpkin seeds
* 1 cup of sunflower seeds
* 1/2 cup Flax seeds
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
* 1/2 cup raisins
* 15 - 16 dates
* 3 tbsp pinda butter
* 1tsp salt
* 1 tbs cinnamon
* +-250g honey
