How to make higher notes sound fuller on the saxophone

I actually like playing the low to mid range more than the higher notes like 3 octave C and up but I have no choice but have to play those notes so I came here to learn to get a fuller tone

Brilliant first tip for me to try. I'm OK on alto but on tenor, I was playing so badly on the palm keys, I thought it was my sax. Really struggling with my high F sharp note (I'm rubbish at altissiomo, I just can't do it). Thanks for the free tip though :0)
