Today’s lunch 🥗 Spinach curry with potato fry 😋
Preparation method
Firstly heat a pan add oil cumin seeds garlic green chilies onions and sauté it for a minute, then add tomato and cook for two minutes…
Now add in the spinach cook for a minute once the spinach becomes soft add Sambar powder and turmeric powder and cook a Little longer..
Add the cooked dal and mix it well with the spinach add required salt and let it boil for a minute…
Now the final step is to temper , heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds once the seeds pops add or Urad dal , cumin seeds, dry chilies , curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida turn off the heat and add it on top of spinach and mix well 🙌🏻

Potato curry :-
Heat a pan.. add oil, mustard seeds , urad dhal , cumin seeds , curry leaves 🍃 and finally add finely chopped potatoes along with all the masalas with salt and sauté well.. secret ingredient is to add chopped garlic into it to get that awesome flavour to it and let it cook for some time 🥗 Serve it hot once done 🙌🏻
