NJ grandma here. Been looking for this recipe! Thanks so much! My Mom used to buy “crumb buns” when I was a kid in the 1950’s & 60’s! Thanks again, and Happy Holidays!

If it tastes as amazingly as it looks, you'll have my thankful heart!... I love cakes but I'm scared to make them and you make this look so easy!... I'll give it a try!

I hope you'll give it a try! Just follow all of the directions exactly and don't substitute out any ingredients and it should taste fantastic!

@@countrycook OMG I brought it downstairs this morning for our Saturday coffee klotch and the ladies loved it. Two said they haven’t had crumb cake in over 20 years and this was exactly like they had missed from NY. I made it in the 13x9” pan so I would have enough. My friend, a Jersey girl loved it. Thank you for sharing.

Where are the amounts of the ingredients, I'm trying to make this and I have no idea how much to add?
I love coffee and crumb cakes but I would like to start storing them in a airtight container in the fridge so I can enjoy them longer than 4 days. Will doing that change the taste or texture? Should I wrap each individual cake bar/slice with plastic wrap before placing it in a container? Or would you advise against storing the cake in the fridge?

It can; however, you can warm it up in the microwave (cover the slice with a slightly dampened paper towel) and it will moist back up - if that makes sense ha!

@@countrycook Thank you so much responding. I appreciate the help. The damp towel technique totally makes sense. I look forward to trying your recipe.
