Love your videos and as a native Cape Codder with no Italian heritage I've learned a lot from you about how to enjoy food!

Agree with you on Not using a fine grinding plate. I use 1/4" holes for brats, and 3/8" holes for Potato sausage, smaller holes turn the meat in to mush. I like the idea of adding fennel, crushed red pepper& wine to chicken sausage for a Italian flavor.

Hey man thanks for the videos. Can you do another video on chicken, your chicken parm was awesome and I'd love to see what else you do with it when cooking for the family. Have a great week!

Yes, I’d be happy to. We do have a couple on there, but what did you have in mind, anything specific? Be happy to do it for you. Thanks for your support!
