Hey love just a quick tip when you make pizza dough while mixing it requires oil in the recipe I used to work at a pizza shop and a little more sugar 2 tables spoon it creates that nice caramelize crunchy crust

I unknowingly jumped ahead in time watching this particular pizza video. I was thinking "wow", what an outstanding intro and much better camera work, with great clarity and sound. I didn't realize that this video was so much newer than the others I had watched. Tell you what though, regardless of the camera, the food as usual is spot-on and I am jealous I didn't get to eat some of that pizza. Great video, you folks have come a long ways and I predict you're going to go quite a bit further. Good job!

Sweetheart, I viewed a haul of your videos tonight. My youngest daughter came upon one of your videos on KZbin while she was researching a recipe for homemade peach cobbler. So look, we sat together and viewed the video of you making fried chicken. After that video, let me tell you. I was definitely hooked... My heart broke into a million pieces when the video showed of you in your vehicle crying . I prayed for you then and there. Honey, let me tell you something. HA!!!! Yeeeaaaayy!!! A REAL cooking show! Flour flying everywhere! Happens to me all the time when I use my KitchenAid mixer, lol! I have a smaller kitchen, too, and have to use the top of the microwave, my stove, and sometimes the drain board whenever I cook using a lot of ingredients.

Wow! Miss T. has talent. Everything she makes looks great. I agree with the others, a food truck has too much overhead/startup costs. I think focusing on your channel and making cookbooks and selling them would be better. Your food is amazing so people will watch and buy your cookbooks. Who knows, maybe you'll get your own network show someday.
