Hey Guys!
Today we're showing you how to make these delicious Naan/Piadina/Flatbread! These are made with flour and yogurt and then folded with Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Oven Roasted Tomatoes and Greens.
Here is the recipe!
For the Naan:
1 Cup Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Flour for dusting
2 Tsp Olive Oil for brushing
In a large bowl add flour and salt to combine, then add yogurt and olive oil and with your hands combine to form a dough. Add the dough from the bowl to a clean dry surface, and continue to knead occasionally dusting the surface with flour. Continue for 3-4 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to your hands or surface.
Divide the dough into 4 or 5 little balls and flatten each with a rolling pin. In a very hot skillet, brush the pan with olive oil and add the flattened dough and brush top side of dough with olive oil. When bubbles begin to form, flip the dough and cook the other side. Continue to cook each side until the dough has charred and bubble marks. About 1 minute. Serve immediately or while warm.
Top the Naan Flatbread with mozzarella, prosciutto slices, oven roasted cherry tomatoes, and greens, fold.
How to make Self-Rising Flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
