How to make Honey chilli chicken (amazing dish a must try)

This is a dish I have created for my Restaurant Menu, it tastes super good and is all cooked in the same pot.
Ingredients
500 grams breast chicken
Marinade
3 tbsp yogurt
Tsp salt Salt to taste
Half tsp turmeric powder
Tsp garlic ginger paste
Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce
5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium diced onions
Tsp salt Salt to taste
Tsp garlic ginger paste
4 tbsp tomato puree
Tsp coriander powder
Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Tsp cumin powder
Tsp garam masala powder
3 sliced green chillies
Half tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp dry red chilli seeds
4/5 tbsp honey
Coriander lots of it

Hey Johnny I love to cook mate I'm in the process of growing my own chilli's to make your meals could you tell me what exact chilli's is most used in Indian cooking? I'd like to grow 3 or 4 differnt kinds and some fresh herbs. I have kashmiri seeds Naga chilli's What are the hot green chilli's used in Indian cooking? And I'm after one other medium to hot to grow :) ¶ any help is appreciated mate

We use lots of different types of chillies the ones used most are probably green chillies, Kashmiri red dry chillies which is my favourite and the really hot naga chilli and also the birds eye chillies they can be really hot 🔥

I'm a chili grower so I'm comfortable growing them I've already got some kashmiri and nagas germinating but I want to know exact types of green chilli used for instance I've heard grew chilli's used are khandrk and or jwala green chilli's which are a medium to hot heat is this correct? Any others I should know about as I would like to prep up some seeds mad herbs in the coming weeks. Love your channel mate thanks very much!
