Grocery List:
Rack of Lamb
1/2 TBSP
- Garlic Powder
- Adobo
- Pepper
- Salt
- Onion powder
- Creole seasoning
2 TBSP Grape Seed Oil
(1 TBSP for seasoned chops, 1 to cook in the pan)
2 cups of rice + 4 cups of water
Green beans
Grape Tomatoes
(Steamed & Seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic powder)

How do you ensure the chops are tender, that has always been my issue when making chops??😮

I would say to watch the cook time, these cook similar to a steak so no longer than 8 minutes total on that cook time.
