I truly didn't think I'd get any hits on Google but, wow, was I wrong. There is actually such a thing as sugar free marshmallows. I'm floored ! So much of what I used to enjoy as a child and well into adulthood has become intolerably sweet, particularly since I gave up cigarettes in 2007. I go out of my way to buy low sugar or sugar free items or somehow cut the sweetness in my recipes but can't yet find every ingredient or fun treat without lots of sugar.

If you get the molds now you could certainly take them. Can enter Mexico with unopened bags of chocolate? That's what I'm not sure about. If you can...then absolutely yes! Everything else you need could be found once you're there 😁

Oh, I'm afraid this is well beyond my ability in the kitchen. I can cook spaghetti with best of them, but anything more difficult than boiling water and throwing something into the pot (without burning myself) is well above my ability. Plus, being a vegan, I wouldn't use most of the ingredients anyway. Even innocent things like marshmallows aren't vegan and are just a no-no for me. Wish I was better in the kitchen. I fear my expertise in the kitchen is no better than my ability to fix my hair and put on make-up (expertise in those areas are absolutely non-existent). Have a great class!
